Dalek
Won best of show in the costume contest ($1,000 prize!), was made by the woman walking around in it (it had wheels on the bottom, I assume) and the electronics were done by her dad. The head actually moved, the eye glowed, and her entry wristband was on the suction cup arm.
All "new" Doctors + Rose
This was pretty awesome, they all "acted" like they had accidentally stumbled into a costume contest while running after / away from a rather threatening creature. I think that they won the group category of the contest.
Weeping Angel
Pretty much speaks for itself.
I think that it's evident that the hostess doesn't watch Doctor Who much.
